Good luck!

I have been there, I wanted to do some nasty things to him, and to my wife too. I started thinking about what would happen to me in the end, I came to the conclusion that neither 1 of them are worth being sentenced to a probably stiff jail term. The joke would be on me. The best things to do are, if you still want to stay with her get counseling. The next thing I would do if that wasn't working out is file for divorce, but set your self up first financially, hide as many assets as you can before you file. Leave her with as little as possible, then be strong and happy in her face, that will get her better then any assault could ever.

First, you don't get down to the level of punching him or killing her. You simply dump the whore and that's that. Now, you must evaluate yourself and determine whether you pushed her into it or not by perhaps making her feel second best or taken for granted. Either way, the two of you can't stay together because the trust is already broken. So, whatever the reasons, you need to break up. Remember that once-cheater is always-cheater.

1) your wife is the one that needs to be punched! dont blame the guy! she was the one with the commitment and the promise not him.
2) if you did choose to go beat him up. u will go to jail for assault and if you caused any real damage to him or his things then he could sue you.
3) is ur wife worth all the problems? bc im sure she wasnt thinking about all of this when she was doing what she was doing.

Although he was in the wrong for sleeping with your wife...if you punched him...then you would get arrested. Remember: He was not the only one having the affair...your wife was a willing participant!

Yes you would get arrested for beating him or her up. I guess you would have to look into why your wife is going else where to get sex and deal with that.

you would get arrested- not him. why would he?? as long as the sex was consentual like you said. i agree - the person who should be beat is the person in the realtionship. not the outsider. although, if my husband cheated on me. i would beat the living sh*% out of the scank and just make my husbands life a living hell. And he knows that. i have told him, cheat on me and i wont throw you out, i'll just make you wish you were dead everyday of your life!!!

the spouse that was cheated on would feel a lot of anger and instead of beating the crap out of his wife (which is worng) he will go beat the crap out of the guy she chaeted on him with (also wrng, but for different reasons) if the guy knows about but still slept with yuor wife, kick his ***, if he hd no idea that she was married or in a relationship it is not his fault. you could get charged for assault if you went and beat him up
