Who is dumber, Cosmo (fairly odd parents) or Patrick (spongebob sqaurepants)?

ooooooo....this is a good one. Well, there was one episode of Spongebob in which Patrick doesn't even know how to open a pickle jar....that's pretty dumb...but Cosmo is pretty dumb too. As much as I like them both, I'm gonna have to say Patrick is dumber than Cosmo

Wow a question that actualy made me think lol. I'd say Patrick he just looks so dumb and sound so well dumb. I know, I have to listen to that annoying crap every day, I have 2 kids lol.
