Yes, you can. Either Planned Parenthood or make an appt. with a physician in the health care program that your parents have their insurance with (Kaiser, whatever). If you tell the care provider that you are requesting confidentiality, they must give it to you.
At least in CA and probably elsewhere, too.
Ask about the minuses/pluses of various b.c. pills.

Yes you can. You should have a Family Planning agency in your area. However, they will need to do an internal exam and if you don't want your parents to know, using their health insurance would not be a smart idea. There are payment plans and sliding scales based on income. But you would have to call to find out your specific details.

Contact Planned Parenthood. The answer may depend on what state you live in, but it's probably Yes.

Go to a teen health clinic. you do not have to have your parents involved and everything is confidential and the only way they will find out is if you tell them. At my health clinic my pills are free until i turn 18

yeah, totally. my sis just got on w/o a parents consent. she is only 17! Or you can do what i do. tell your mom that your period is like 10 days or more and that it is heavy most of that whole time. and you have cramps really really bad during the whole thing. have her take you to a gyno and ask the gyno to get you put on a birthcontrol that shortens your period. i am getting on that, but not because i want to have sex, just because i want t shorter period. it will totally work.

I dont know. It varies state by state. I would try Planned Parenthood of America.
Keep in mind, you will have to pay for it. Why don't you ask your parents for it? You can say that your period is irregular.

In Vrginia you can! I am not sure about other states though!
You should check with your nearest health department!!!
But if at all possible i would talk to at least one of your parents or a friends parent first!!!
Good Luck!!!
