Alt + Print Screen saves the current window.

I probably am going to get this wrong as im unsure what you mean, any way to save the image you right click on it and save as then choose the location or just do a print screen key top right of keyboard and then paste it in to paint or any other programme.

press the print screen button next to scroll lock then paste it on a pic program

I use "PRINTKEY200" much better than the PrintScreen option in Windows.......
