Your driving down the road in your 2-seater car with your best friend who has an extremely important appointment to attend. You stop at a light and notice the girl of your dreams standing at the bus stop. She is, naturally, completely in love with you (this is fact) and you two plan to spend the rest of your lives together. As your sitting there admiring her (she hasn't noticed you parked there yet) and old lady is crossing the street. She gets hit by a car and hurts herself badly - needs a ride to the hospital. Who do you give a ride to? Your best friend, the girl of your dreams? Or the old lady?

That's easy. You stay and take the bus with the girl of your dreams. You give the car keys to your best friend so he can drive the old lady to the hospital!

This would depend on how far the nearest hospital is. If it's close by, then I'd give the old lady a ride and if it's far, then she needs an ambulance more than she needs my ride. I'd definetly stay with her until the ambulance arrives. The best friend should understand and is not a problem that is impossible to resolve. The girl of my dreams will hurt, but being heartbroken is not something new to me.

I'm pretty sure that it's the boyfriend of my dreams who loves me, but nonetheless.....
My best friend & I get out of the car and load the injured old lady into the passenger seat. Then I give the keys to my best friend and have her drive the lady to the hospital and then go on to her appointment.
I stay behind with the man of my dreams and wait for the bus together.

Best friend - you should ALWAYS be there for your best friend. If the girl of your dreams is really meant to be she'll wait for you. And an ambulance will come pick up the old lady.

Call an ambulance for the old lady
Tell the girl or guy in my case to call me in like an hr we'll meet some where and drop off my friend @ the appointment everyone wins

I would keep my best friend in the car. Call 911 for an ambulance for the old lady, and honk at the girlfriend, and say " I am just driving Bobby to his appt, I'll swing by in 15mins to get you!

The driver should let his best friend drive the old lady and stay at the busstop with the girl of his dreams. Hopefully, the best friend can still make his appointment.
