i just got my computer back from the repair shop. they had to replace the video card and the moden. well now my problem is this. when i play music or watch a video on youtube it goes really slow or it messes up and plus if you have another web page up that messes up the music and videos too..what could be causing this problem? just about everything i do on here messes with the music and videos..talking to people on AIM or Yahoo. everything. i hope someone can help me with this.

take it back to the shop and tell them its now working now !

From what you are saying ( and putting in consideration that you replaced the video card) : Your new video card is not really powerful enough. Video cards come with different abilities and capacities.. and the cheaper they are.... the less they can handle.
It has nothing to do with the modem.
Other possibility is : You have a good video card, but slow RAM .. you may need more RAM to make it run faster and catch up with the Technology of the Video card.
The bottom line : If you can take it back.. do it now.. and you may need to put extra money to get things compatible and working together..

could be a number of things from drivers to memory either way I would take it back to the people that you paid good money to and make them fix it right.

you need an upgrade on it or buy a new one. several things can make it run slow memory processor defragged
