Where is it illegal to fall asleep outside?

I know that homeless people often encounter trouble for this, but I have an apartment, and it's nice to sleep outside and get a tan. Also, I won't have to make the bed if I do this.

I am so bored of lying out on my balcony, and I think that the neighbor girl watches me and takes photographs whenever I go onto my balcony.

Well you are pretty attractive but that is a little creepy if she takes pics. well lets see i think sleeping on a park bench or bus stop bench is illegal. you get a tan when you sleep at night in the dark? very interesting and very smart i can't believe i didn't tell you to sleep outside instead of the bed. at least i warned you about the carpet. : )

most parks for the city laws say out at either 10 or 11 pm and open at 6 am not that people listen

You could go to a park, a public swimming pool, or the pool in your apt. complex???? I'm trying to think of different places were your neighbor (who sounds very creepy) cant see you. Hope this helped....

ha ha I'd be careful sleeping outside someone could graffiti you or something of that nature. But I don't think it's illegal to sleep outside that's like saying you can't sleep on your porch.

boo hoo poor you. Go to the beach and take a nap. I won't do it around here cause so many people walk their dogs around the beach and I won't want to lay in that stuff.
