there are different colors that could match, but i think that you have to consider the mood they convey- I mean how you want to feel or what you want to feel. peace, joy, tranquility, etc. check out color therapy and then decide.

I have warm burnt orange..a little dark, but as I said, warm and inviting. I sleep well...Would match the dresser/desk/shelf

The gray/blue carpet will go with most any color, so it is more important what color is your bed spread and curtains. Pick a color that compliments these.

instead of painting your room .buy the wall paper with murals on them.like skyscrapers ,jungles,space,ect.
