if your name is on the account then it would be ok. I would advise that you get yourself some good legal advice.

As a Hindu you should get your first wife divorced If you do not get divorce you can not marry a second woman. As a Muslim girl ,she can not marry a Hindu unless you are converted to Islam.

If the check is made out to you, you can cash it. If your name is on the checking account that it is written off of, you can cash it. If its a check made out to her from someone else, the bank won't let you cash it. (unless she has already endorsed the back of it - then the bank MIGHT let you sign under her name and cash it. Depends on the bank, and how smart the teller is!)

dont do it ....unless it is made out to you....otherwise you can get into trouble and it sounds to me like youve got enough of that already...although...not trying to be mean but if you did cash it and got arrested you could go to jail....then youd have a home a 3 squares a day...good luck to you

Do it and if you go to jail you'll still have a free ride just like your wife has been providing you.

Unless your name is on the account, it would be illegal.
