They are okay for very short term food storage. Don't use them in the freeze as your food will get freezer burn. Don't use them for liquid, they don't seal reliably enough. Don't keep food in them for more than a few hours or you will be disappointed in the lack of freshness.

sandwishes-sounds nice. but i guess you are talking about putting square bread filled with more food and seeling it in a bag or something...

yeah what about them? yes, target carries sandwich bags in many sizes. gallon size, sandwich size, and mini snack size. there are different brands, too, like Ziploc. target also makes their own brand which is cheaper but not good quality and they don't close well. plastic sandwich bags are generally not very expensive. i hope that's enough information...?
