I need to get my daughter home from her dads. She was attacked by there dog the other day and had to go to the hospital and she is going to be scared on her face forever.

Do you mean that you want to get custody? It sounds like you have a great case; your daughter is obviously not in a safe environment. You will need a lawyer. There are places that provide free or low-cost legal advice. Look in your yellow pages. Good luck and God bless!

How could someone help you?
Are U divorced?
Why do you live in another place?
Why don't your daughter's dad helping her out?
If the dog is dangerous, why is it there?

Look, you have to call the police and then call legal aid like the gentleman from your last answer told you to do. Sitting on the internet is not helping you.

accidents happen , ask your daughter where she would want to stay and go from there , odds are she is not with you for a reason
