Wash very throughoughly with soap and hot water or just soak your hand in hot soapy water for a while. This should help. Then put lots of lotion on it, this will decrease the tingling... Hopefully this will help!

Gently rub the affected area with an old pair of panty hose or ladies stockings. The fiber glass will stick to the fabric, Thus removing it from your skin. This method will even remove the fiber glass from the skin pores! I hope this helps you.

COLD WATER!!!!! Not hot! Use to work for insulation company. Hot water only makes it worse. Cold ONLY!!!!!!!!!
