Everyday I wake up everything seems fine...But right after I have lunch, i explode! I just don't seem to get along these days. What's happening? Why am i so angry everyday? How can I stop it?

I check my email daily. And daily i get bulk and junk and more bulk and more junk. And i daily delete them.

Sodium can drastically increase your blood pressure, creating a feeling of false anger. What do you eat for lunch? Is it high in sodium? Throw in some sugar for even more of an emotional roller coaster ride so that you're feeling angry AND hyper. High fructose corn syrup (found in most processed foods) allows the sugars to stay in your system even LONGER extending the feelings.
Of course, there may be rational reasons for your anger too, like maybe meeting with your condescending boss for lunch all the time.

To reduce your temper stop eating spicy food which actually activates your temper controlling cells.Pls also check out what kind of food really irritates you. If not the food then I thing it is you who have cultivated this habit. for eg like people who has the habit of sleeping after lunch. Need to check.

It's adolescence. It will end. It's tough....good luck. Try to stay active in things....sports and stuff that will keep you out of trouble. TRY to spend some time with your parents even if it makes you gag to think of it. They have been there and understand....don't totally alienate them. Stay away from people who offer you illegal substances for channeling your anger...it's a cop out. Deal with life face to face.

look inward...anger is an outward sign of sadness..men especially, will feel angry when they are really sad, because they aren't in touch with their emotions and the real cause.
