Meaning the drink"thumbs up" or the sign language. If the latter recently no one has done anything worth for getting a thumbs up.

Yes, I do. :) When someone takes the time to write a useful, thoughtful answer, I like giving them some extra credit for it. I always prefer to compliment someone than to complain.
However, when a "best" answer is chosen (by the asker or the voters) and I think the answer is stupid or useless, I won't hesitate to give it a thumbs-down either! *chuckle*
