I have a problem putting on weight. People always comment on how skinny I am and even say I am too skinny. It gets aggravating because it's not like I don't already know I need to gain weight. I have no problems with eating...I eat regularly...except since I got my false teeth...which makes it hard to chew...

well pray girl talk 2 god about it u love him dont u plus who cars what people think r they in your body? i dont think so. so forget bout them god loves u just the way u r

Drink Ensure. It is normally used for people with illnesses but it is very helpful for gaining/maintaining weight. They've even started making Ensure for children and pregnant women. Vata people are usually skinny, you already eat regular so that's excellent.!
An overly active thyroid causes a formula 1 digestion of your food.
Go see a polarity therapist or cranial sacral therapist find out the emotional cause related to the thyroid.

your are just like me i cant gain waight eather see i go on walks a lot and that doesnt halp eather so if u go on walks try not 2 well u can walk but dont walk a lot and try 2 eat a lot but if ur having problums go 2 ur doctor and maybe he/she can help u

u gotta eat lots off chooocholaatttssss and fats lik meat ,chicken and many more who gots fats and i reallly eat lotss of chocolllats and fats but iam stilll thin :( soo i tink we both need to eat aloot ;) riite?

carbs-rice, pasta, bread, potatoes,beans that are soft and easy for you to chew
