You don't need to boil the water, just heat it. The chlorine will evaporate from the water. You can also buy a water filter that will remove the chlorine. You can also get tablets you put in water to remove the chlorine, they can be gotten at a pet store that stock fish.

No, boiling water only rids it of bacteria. Chlorine is a chemical and will stay with the water.
