Right click on My Computer.
Left click on Properties.
Left click on Hardware.
Left click on Device Manager.
Left click on the plus sign in front of Display adapters.

Right click MY COMPUTER...
Then Properties
Then hardware tab
Then Device manager
Then Plus sign next to display adapters
It should tell you what type of graphics card is in there

Right Click on the Desktop and Select Properties, then click on the Settings Tab. It should say what it is in the middle of the form.

If you click on run and type dxdiag then select display you will be able to see what is installed ont he computer. Hope this helps
