I don't think it was right to delete your question..it was a genuine question that could have created a good debate ..not violence or hatred!
Imagining the world without Israel or the USA or any other country for that matter would not in my opinion make the world a better place. The majority of people all over the world, regardless of age, sex, colour, creed, race or nationality are decent good people. So why is it then that the minority of bad people always seem to have the biggest effect on the world by causing conflict, sadness and pain & suffering to all the decent people in the world.
Maybe the question should have been "would the world be a better place without all the bad people of this world"!!

Unfortunately your post is considered to be 'anti-zionist', which tends to get mixed up as 'anti-semitism'. Because the USA/Israel lobby has grown powerful and out of control, all media being under control {suggest you research 'THE PROTOCOLS OF ZION'} your question gets deleted. I hope you complained/responded to the email sent. I had a post deleted from a question, I wrote and explained why I produced that answer. Never heard a response. Given the HUGE amount of bias present, I'm looking at leaving YA cos if you post non-christian answers, they all complain so they only get the answers they want. This is about censorship. As an example of it in the past, that infamous bestselling story book has been edited at least THREE times. I'm not going to post any sources (other than the anti-zion thing), look them up yourself. You are a person, don't take my word for it find out for yourself, the info will be of more value that way.

People take hypothetical questions too seriously, and probably what got you in trouble was that either a zealous US patriot felt offended, or you offended a jewish person. Whoever reported you, missed the point.
I think your question is very interesting, btw, and I would like to answer it.
My answer would be no. I think that at every point in history you find struggle and conflict. You have powerful nations, and less powerful nations. You have all sorts of stuff, and if the US and israel didn't exist, we'd have the same problems, only with a different cast of characters.

No, I don't think your question 'incitesd violence or hatred', It was deleted for reasons others have mentioned.
My opinion is that there were still be no peace, there will always be people or nations that wants to advances and other wants things to remain as it was 100 of years ago.
They will influence each other, and not everybody in a nation will agree with each other.

Oh no!! Gosh, after reading your question I feel all incited and stuff.
Maybe I am just too delicate for the real world or something. Thank God there is someone at Yahoo to protect me from all these nasty things.
Thank God too for the nice liberal person that decided what I can see and listen to and what I can't. I am so glad that they did that!
I'm not so sure that all the people that died in various wars to preserve free speech would agree with me though.
Hmmmm.

Yahoo doesn't read the questions that are reported. If I asked "Do you like Pepsi or Coke?" and someone reported it as Incites violence or hatred they would delete the question. BTW no I don't think your question was hateful I think you have a very good point.

Your question carries a very powerful implication. And I do not think that governments control our personal moral decisions. The media does influence it, however. The world would be a much more dangerous place for the West if there were no United States. Do not swallow left wing propaganda, generated by the left wing TV media.

It's not Yahoos fault, they only have the system set to deal automatically with reports, some reports amy cause the question to be immediatley deleted, and I suppose this is one of the categories. others require several reports to do the same thing.

I think even hate questions should be allowed... the community is wise enough to rattle the bugger out of senses if he/she is being too nasty. Or otherwise the juvinile provocator could simply be ignored until he/she starts talking sense.

i would ask you to ask the same question, but change the two countries for example call them ying and yang, this then becomes truely hypothetical and could not be objected to, on the grounds given, good question needs debate,
