Get a stronger anti-persperant. She may have to go to her doctor to get a prescription deodorant. Usually those ones are strong enough to stop anyone from sweating. But, a lot of people that have that problem get a new one once they solve the underarm sweat: they begin to get compensatory sweat elsewhere. So instead of just sweating under her arms, she might start sweating more on her forehead, chest, back, etc.

Personally I've been using Arrid cream deodorant for the past 60 years and it's kept me relatively dry.
I've tried other brands and types without success. I guess your friend has to experiment to find out which works best.
They have a product here in Hawaii called Body Mint that's supposed to eliminate body odors. I personally haven't used it but have heard excellent results from those that have.

OK, so if no ordinary deod/antiperspirant works, check out maxim antiperspirant. It's not quite prescription strength and you have to follow the directions on the box. It is also a little more expensive, but SOOOO worth it, trust me.

haha i just told someone else this a minute ago. certain-dri..its anywhere at ur local drugstore. i get mine at target. put it on at night and use regular deodorant during the day. it works GREAT. totally stops the sweat.

sometimes for girls its better if they use men's deodorant or i heard of this thing where you go to a doctor and they botox your arm pits and it is supposed to help the sweating

In some places people can't get deodorants so they use something natural and it is carbonate mixed with lemon juice.It's very cheap and it really helps.
