how come my hamster squeaks? it doesnt bite it SQUEAKS!!!! a lot!! it is a teddybear hamster!! plz ideas!!!

my hamster squeaks!! it doesnt bite or anything!! my other hamster dint squeak unless it was hurtin REALLY bad!!!!!!! why in the heck is this one squeaking and NOT the other one!???

well, if it is just squeaking like a lot a lot, maybe take it to a vet? i don't know, my hamster squeaked once when her foot got stuck in the door. and my sister's hissed when it first came home. some hamsters just like to squeak when they're happy though, i guess. my toad squeaks when you tickle his tummy =P but i guess that's a whole different species, so that probably doesn't help.

That's just the sound hamsters make. You're lucky that it doesn't bite, most hamsters are evil little creatures. Keep playing with it and keep it tame so it continues to behave!
