It appears that at the end of today's episode (8/4) that he had a grand mal seizure. This makes sense given his diagnosis of epilepsy.

when that guy tried to car jack Nikki and victor saved her, he was hit on he head and now he has some kind of head injury and he refuses to get treatment

he is suffering from epilepsy following that car jacking incident. he has told Jack, who is now his new best friend, (NOT) and Jack told him to leave town.
