You will have to handle each differently. Video Reduction is done with video editing software or reduction software. This can be found at download.com try searching for "video reduction"

Audio can be reduced with Audio Editing software. There used to be one included with Nero. You could also look into Adobe Audition which is an advanced program.

Depends what file type they are. If you search google, your can get audio converters, which transfer mp3 > wma (which is half the size) etc

you could put it into ipod format. this make it's the size of an ipod screen. i use videora ipod converter. it puts it into quicktime (mp4) format.
