I once knew a guy who had a mobile motorcycle repair business. He made great money by coming to the bike when it broke down and established a great customer base for in shop work. If you put that on a business card, you can believe that riders will hang on to it. Also post ads on all free or cheap classifieds, like craigslist.com and put your cards where bikes and accessories are sold. I can make you a website if you want one too.

A few ideas:
1) Flyers & Business Cards - Who are your customers & where do they shop (e.g. grocery, home improvement stores, etc)? Post flyers where your customers frequent.
2) Advertise Locally -- Newspapers, Craigslist, Yahoo! Local
3) Word of Mouth -- Offer a great service & people will talk.
4) Mailers -- Send out coupons, specials, etc.

Put up flyers in the busiest grocery stores, use free local papers.

try advertising and try and open franchises around the US after you first one is going well or have family run it. My dad does that but he sells something. advertise on bill boards on the internet lots of things and tv have people ship broken bikes to you. Do what is neccesary to advertise and get custtommers.
