Pennsylvania. If climate is a concern, that's of direction properly worth thinking. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, stable heat iciness outfits do make a distinction. Imo, Pennsylvania has the "+" in another class--you already know--a single yellow criminal internet site, draw a line, record reward of the two decision. I grew up in the Philadelphia area, but I moved down to Florida when I was 14. I still go home to visit though.

Central Pa. all my life. I love it here. I like the change of seasons and I like the people and the quiet. And the fact that several large cities are within a days drive if you want a change.
