Because me and my bf had sex and when he pulled away we noticed the condom was not on him, so i would like to know would it leak if it was still inside a girl. but wasnt that deep in.

It can leak , especially if the opening ends up facing down. I If it's within 72 hours, you can get Emergency Contraception. Perhaps it's time to consider birth control, it doesn't mean don't use a condom, but it does help.

Yes, this is why the instructions on the box say to hold it in place as the man pulls out. You can look into emergency contraception if you are still within 72 hours.

Yes, absolutely it could leak.
Also I'm wondering if it fell off when he pulled out, or before hand.
In the future, he needs to make sure it stays on, and needs to pull out before he loses his erection fully, being sure to hold the condom at the base so it won't slip off.
If this just happened and you live somewhere emergency birth control pills are available, you should consider that.
