Oddly, the body-clock of animals on this planet, is consistent with the 24hr day but humans have an extra 90 odd minutes on our natural body-clock. Maybe we ARE aliens (or hybrids) from a planet with a slightly longer day.

I believe that it is as likely that aliens exist as much as likely as they don't exist. I would like to think that they do. But I believe if we have been visited by aliens we probably would not know. I would say they are more interested in unlocking the secrets of the universe, much more than a mere planet with an intellegent organism. Anyone that says they are after us for our resources IMHO is incorrect. Why would an alien with space travel capability care at all about that. At that point they could make all the energy they would ever need.

While it is highly statisticaly proberable that they do exist, it could be that they don't. While it is highly proberable that they haven't visited earth it could be that they have!
I personaly don't believe that humans single handedly built the three great pyramids, not unless the civilization was far more advanced than they give them credit for. There are also many other ancient relics that can only be seen properly from high the sky. Its either down to aliens or that there was an advanced race in ancient history that could teach us a trick or two!

I believe there is life on other planets, being as how it has been calculated there are at least 100,000,000 planets in the known universe that could support life, its a certainty. As for Aliens visiting Earth....I can't see how they could manage it, unless they have found a way to exceed the speed of light.

We did a sample question like this in my astronomy class where we took the age of the universe (around 6 billion years old) and figured out the average time it took for life to become sentient (around 4 billion years as per our planet), next we used our planet as a guide to figure out the habitability zone around each star and the time period of that zone. We eliminated all stars that would have a zone that is shorter then 4 billion years (most larger stars) and we eliminated all stars with zones too close to the star itself (cases tidal lock and the one side of the planet always faces the star, like our moon faces us). This left roughly 5% of all remaining stars. Taking these stars we multiplied it by the number of stars and divided it by the size of the galaxy (we could have done the galactic neighbourhood but that would be redundant). This gave us the number of habitual planets per area (roughly 1 per 150 parsecs). Now taking technology in in mind we figured that most systems out there would be roughly the same level as us (as the sun is one of the oldest star systems in our galaxy). This means that while the chance life exists on another planet in our galaxy is around 90%, the chance it came here is less then 1% of 1%. In short I highly doubt aliens are visiting us.

Of course there is life out there- the universe is a very big place!!!
As to whether or not they've been here, If they have they've;
a) had their visits covered up by the authorities so we're none the wiser.
b) been here and seen what how we're killing the planet and each other and decided that we're not worth bothering with and have gone elsewhere to make contact with far more intelligent beings.

They are several million aliens living in the UK already. I believe this situation holds true for the whole of the Western world, in fact.

I believe we have been visited at some time in our past history.
I also believe that when God (sorry all of you evolutionists) created humankind and the universe (Big Bang was His method - just my belief) He had to have created other beings, otherwise what a waste of the universe.
