Very hot water, by hand would be best...or a solvent, but be careful with solvents on your paint...

I had the same thing happen to me 3 days ago! I mean a huge spot of Pine Sap on my BRAND NEW CAR! IT was only one day old!!!
I spent hours trying to find what worked the best. Go to Auto Zone
Get Tar and Bug Remover, its cheap as hell and looks like something a kid drew for the picture but WORKS AWESOME!
Make sure your surface of your car is cool, not in sun light
Spray it on the sap and let it set for 30 - 45 Sec.
DONT RUB IN CIRCLES!!! wipe side to side!
(circle rubing will make it harder to get off and will just rub the sap into the car)
Use cool water to wipe area and repeat steps.
IT will take about 5-20 mins for a spot about the size of a softball.
WAX YOUR CAR AFTER THIS!!! AND STAY AWAY FROM TREES!!!!!
Turtle Wax products are AMAZING! Use Turtle Wax Ice, the shine is the best ive ever seen and protection last 20 car washes and 6 months. And its so Easy to Use
