My mom is getting divorced with my dad and I really like it.My sister and I totally don't lke him a lot.Then my mom meets a rich,nice,old guy and my sister and I really like him.But my dad is poor and he's sad my mom's devorcing him.He doesn't respect my mom alot.Do you think my mom should live with nice,rich,old guy or poor old meanie daddy?

Your mother obviously has already made her decision to divorce your father and who she sees after that will also be her decision.
As for your father if he truly is mean both to your mother and you and your sister then good riddance. We should all remember to treat each other the way in which we want other to treat us. The world would be such a nicer place and we probably wouldn't have so many failed marriages.
Rich, poor, old or young shouldn't matter as one should always follow their heart. And further, money doesn't buy happiness.
