i want too knew how too make a simpel emulsifier for water and oil10 emulsion .

there are lots of emulsifiers, you can use egg yolk (lecithin) for a more stable emulsion or vinegar for an unstable one.

as said above soaps are also good emulsifiers, but they taste terrible :)

I think you're looking for a mechanical answer. What you need is a high shear mixer something like they use for Homogenizing milk or grinding paint pigments.

This should work. You need a flat disc approximately 1/3 the diameter of the container holding the mixture. The fluid will be sheared across the surface of the disc as the centrfugal forces sides it to the outside. The smaller the diameter the faster (rpm) it will need to turn.

Might just try a blender it should be easy to get.

Egg whites are effective -- that's what is added to oil and vinegar to make mayonnaise (a stable oil/water emulsion).
