why do my eyes feel heavy and feel like going to sleep when i close my eyes after being awake for afew hours and had 7-9 hours of sleep the night before....?

im in good health btw.

its really one eye is WAY heavier then the other but the other eye is kindof heavy also... and its not work... been trying to get a job for like 3 weeeks..and hardly anyone will hire right away...gfs' parents complain at us since we are living with ehr at her grandmothers' house.

also i run a mile in up and downhills daily and do reps with a ez-curl bar.

You are sleeping more than you need. normally a person working an average day of 8 hours needs only 6-7 hours sleep. You are not working that lot .. physically and hence your metabolism is not that high at the point but you are sleeping 7-9 hours which produces more glycolysis in your body than ususal which leads you to have symptoms of fatigue. You don't have fatigue just try not to sleep longer than 5 hours else try some gym while you are still hunting for a job. Hope it helps.

I have the same problem a lot of the time, and it seems as though it's all because of caffeine. It's withdrawl is so constant that i'd have to drink like 20 cups a day to keep myself alive... So I'm just cutting back. I'm only 16, so I was wondering why I'd have health problems, and that doesn't make any sense at all... because I'm really healthy. It's probably caffeine-related.

PS: Drink a lot of water, and eat a ton of fruit. It helps a lot.

Stress, diet, heat, depression, overwork, over stimulation, under stimulation, long term fatigue?

Medical condition? low thyroid, epstein-barr?

All sorts of reasons.

You gotta speak to your Doc!

i think u have problem with ur mental. ur unconsiussness is very bad. u run from ur trouble with sleeping. go to the doctor. it's 4 ur better. sorry if i'm rude.

due to stress ,or if you have over-worked and if you are tired.
