Generally, masturbating more than once a day is considered over masturbating. It is recommended though that masturbation or ejaculation be kept down to no more than 3 times a week. Masturbating more than once a day drains the body of much-needed chemicals, enzymes, and nutrients. Over time, the body will eventually fail from the period of abuse it took. Our studies discovered that over-ejaculation (frequently emptying the seminal vesicles) would burn down the brain's acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin, and testosterone.

A drain in testosterone causes the problem you are experiencing after maintaining an erection for a certain period of time. Your testes are not able to produce enough testosterone to maintain an erection and are drained out causing the symptoms of over-masturbation/sexual exhaustion to appear.

In order for your body to be able to produce enough testosterone to maintain an erection, you must improve your body function. To do so, you should consume more amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables to provide plenty of vitamins and nutrient for your body.

Well there is a supplement that i know of call Vitrex. It is made by Nutrex Research. It boosts your testosterone and it increases your sex drive. I reccomend you take it, plus if you workout it will help you with strength. All vitamin stores sell it, and it's easy to find online.
