I've had these circles for quite a while, I were make up to help hide them but would like them to disappear.
I do not do drugs
I am not anorexic
I sleep a decent amount, about 8-9 hours on an average night.

I am just like you.

Either get more rest or find a way to get more oxygen to your face. Take a deep breath and scrub your face with soap and water to get the circulation going again.

Or maybe just live with it since it is just the way your face is. (I can't escape mine) Although a change in diet (more carrots, more veggies) did help reduce the darkness...

Try eating a carrot a day, instead of taking vitamin A or beta carotene tablets. Eaten raw or cooked it should help the eyes and the eye sockets (which are the dark area around your eyes). It should take less than sixty days to work.

Any other vegetable rich in carotene should also work. Most vegetables, even green vegetables have a good amount of vitamin A.

It's possible you aren't eating enough fresh salad. You should eat fresh vegetables regularly. That means with every meal! Cooked vegetables are OK as long as they are fresh. Raw vegetables are fine too.

Dark circles appear from depression too and there are lots of creams my cousin has had dark circles for 6 years at first they were really dark but after using creams it looks ligter. I would put my face over hot water then use the cold ice to coll and also get into more physical activities because dark circles also occur because of weakness.

Hey i used to have the same problem!! , I too do not use drugs, or am i an anorexic,
Hemorrhoid cream.. lol, it sound's bizzare, i know, but it honestly bring's down puffiness and swelling, and fixes the discolouration of the skin. I have learnt from experience that the undereye is so fragile, so do not use anything harsh.. drink a lot of water, and eat a lot of fruit, you can also find eye masks with aloe vera in your shopping aisle , they work wonder's too. Hope this helps you..
ohh by the way, you can be hemmorrhoid cream from your chemist. :-D

Freshly cut cucumber if placed over eyes has a soothing effect. This does help in some cases for dark circles.

Most circles are hereditary. Everyone in my family has them. People ask us all the time if we are tired. ugh!
We use a light moisturizer followed by a good tinted concealer, applied with a sponge. Lightly dust with powder to seal it. Hope this helps!

Research some eye creams (I'm not sure if any would work), and drink plenty of fluids through out the day.
