You put it deep into your mouth and pull you mouth back gently till your able to place a 25 cent piece on the top side ( a 25 cent piece is approx 1 inch), keep pulling out and keep placing quarters on his penis till the penis can not hold any quarters. Voila, you have your measurement!
If the penis squirts, then you will have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to repeat the measuring process.
