In most cases, when you pay your monthly mortgage your mortgage company sets money aside in a fund called an escrow that they then use to pay for your property taxes. So you probably don't have to worry about that. You will probably not get a water bill every month but these are usually very small anyways. I get mine every three months and it's only about 20 dollars. You'll also have a gas and electric bill that needs to be paid every month and any other misc. expenses like phone, internet, and cable.

Electric, cable/satellite,trash disposal, water and sewer(in towns - out in the country it's free!), phone, gas. Also insurance and the mortgage payment.

Those are the most common. In some areas you may also have association dues, or maintenance fees.

Credit card bills, groceries, electricity, water, trash pick-up, car payments, car insurance, car tag, gasoline, natural gas bill, homeowners insurance, health insurance, life insurance, cable bill, internet bill, home phone bill, cell phone bill, any and all home repair bills, general upkeep, annual property taxes(which are HIGH), clothes, and if you have anything left over you can use it for entertainment.
Makes me wish I still rented!
