your at a good age to work on a low routine a trainer there should give you the correct amount of workouts to do but do not go overboard or it will effect your growth. Your young start slow

It depends on how you perform your exercise.If you don't lift a way heavy weight while standing and bench press light weights it doesn't affect your height.
