the problem is ANYONE can report you for any reason. You could say the simplest non offensive thing and someone might take offense...

I have one. Not over a question though, over an answer.
My reply, in part was: There was no insult
to anyone in my reply, and I resent the implication there was.
To date they have not responded beyond the generic "we got your email" response.

I got one just this morning, and no, I didn't think it was wrong. I deserved it. I got one for not "asking a question" in my post, which is against the guidelines. I did it, I'll take my medicine. If you dance, you pay the piper.
