Brand new toilet, only it leaves a few floaties behind after a flush...any ideas?

Eat ball bearings.Works for me.

Flush while your going and give it a couple more flushes when done. Low flow toilets are notorious for having problems expelling all solid waste in a single flush

Hhad the same problem when my landlord installed one to "save water" HA Tried the flush twice thing for a while then just took the lid off and adjusted the float to rise higher (ie fill the tank with more water) and that helped alot

You should have bought a toilet with a 2" throat instead of the Home Cheapo special. I made the same mistake once and as soon as I bought a real toilet the problem was gone.

Drop the toilet paper on top before you flush. The wet paper should drag everything down.

Courtesy flush, i.e., flush twice. This helps to get rid of "cinnamon swirls", too!
