I just started suntanning this week and I have been going out for about 1-2 hours every day so far and just lying in the sun. But so far , I still see no progress. Can anyone tell me about how long it takes to get a good suntan at this rate and maybe give me some good suntan tips too?

Hmm..if you are going out 1-2 hours per time, maybe your SPF is too high?? Try lowering the SPF and see if this helps you. Also, try self tanning lotions like Jergen's Natural Glow, for an all year long glow.

well for a good suntan you need to go outside like you are doing now. But you need to stay out for more than an hour or 2. You might need to go to the beach for best results that really works with me. And about the suntan you should try not to get the cheapest ones because those will not help you at all. So try to get the lotions that you think would better suit your skin.

Everybody has a different body. Some are sensitive to the sun, and some are not.
It'll depend on your body.
