why are Jap cartoons so obssesed with:
1- Sexual content (i.e. there's ALAWYS the classical moment when the pretty girl falls on her behind and her skirt unveils her panties, and MANY others)
2-Bloodening and disgust (Countless times when you get to see someone getting his limbs torn from his body by someelse's own HANDS,wtf!!! aside from all the blood pouring..that's only one example...)

So true, even in some kid shows like Sailor moon, reveal the girls panties when they fall, run, or are doing something that would cause your skirt to move around alot, plus the skirts are way to short for the sailor girls, they barley cover anything!!!
Blood spilling I don't really mind as long as it's not to graphic or gross, but if it's bad than that's where I pretty much draw the line and look away.
