Im just tired of just being average and content with a mediocre partner. Doesn't life get better than this? Are all "good" men broke?

what do you consider "rich?"

I understand how you feel, just on the other end. I am an attorney, 41, divorced 2 years ago. I wasnt extremely wealthy, but I was very comfortable.
Now, I live with my gf who loves me, but is complaining about the money thing.
In my case, I am ramping up my income, but it is slower than it should be (plus I had some set backs with money here and there - nothing that I could not handle).
Here is the rub: I would be moving faster on the money if my gf (I support her and her 2 children) if she would be more supportive with me - coffee and breakfast in the morning, iron my clothes for the day, clean house. The chaos in the home sucks at times. Plus there are times when I wish she would just come to my office and assist me with simple stuff that seems to take me for ever by myself.
I am getting there, but, as with many women, it is not fast enough. (even though we bought a new car, a couple of weekend get aways with the kids, boob job, and her wisdom teeth removed).
Point is, you want rich, pick him up and you will get there. You cannot put it all on him.
forget the gold digger comments of others:
Would you rather be rich and miserable or broke and miserable.
I would take rich any day.

Do you think you would be happier being with a rich man who does'nt spend time with you and treats you bad? A good man may not be rich in monetary terms, but has other richly qualities. Don't be so shallow......good luck in your hunt.

Why do they have to be extremely rich?, are you a gold digger? Poor broke guys can be fun to.

Well my dear....nothing that comes easy will last long...including money...go get a life and make the best of it no matter what...you want money go earn it yourself
