The worst thing a guy could do to me would be to tell me he does not have any STIs and then have unprotected sex with me, knowing that he is HIV positive.

Cheating is the absolute worst thing. It hurts so bad when you have feelings for someone and they are secretly having sex with someone else. And it's even worse when they hide it or lie about it. Why cheat on someone? Why not just let them go?
