public transportation in Fort Lauderdale?

I'm trying to find the best (and cheapest) way to get from Fort Lauderdale airport to downtown (my hotel is around E/W Sunrise Street and Las Oslas street)..is there a website where they show the routes? Is there a subway, trolley something?
