her family owns the hilton hotels. those hotels are really expensive, she got rich from them and from the sex videos. i agree with u, she has no talent and she's dumb.

Well, she used to jump in front of cameras when the tv people were interviewing other famous people. So they finally noticed Paris, and Paris was like, "Hi, im Paris Hilton, my dad is Mr.Hilton, the owner of Hilton hotels", so that's how she got famous. Plus her parent's own the Hilton Hotel Chain, so she got money from her daddy. She's worth over 350 Million dollars.

well first her father owns all the hilton hotels so she was known for being rich, and then she was in the movie [they were desperate and in a hurry] House of Wax and that gave her a bit more publicity but no one really thought she was a good actor, so finally she made hervery own CD called the Stars are Blind and one of her songs is always playing on the radio [cuz her father paid the radio company] And now everyone knows Paris Hilton for her song The Stars Are Blind. so basiclly she got famous by here dad paying for everything o and a couple people thought the simple life tv show was good, but over all it was all her dad's money

Well she was born and then she got everything handed to her on a golden plate! She began to get some social status so she started a reality TV show...fill in the rest. Now she gets paid just to turn up to clubs - she's making money for partying all night!!!
Oh and someone else mentioned that she was worth $350 million when the Olsen twins are worth $150 million and they've been working hard all their lives. It's kind of sad that money comes over talent!

Have you ever heard of a Hilton Hotel? Well that's her parents, she's rich because they are...all the acting, singing and writing books about Tinkerbell is just supplemental income...I don't think she's really that dumb...I think it's mostly an act...She became famous because she began going to clubs and making a name for herself in the Society section of the newspaper...oh and the sex tape was a big hit...

So ... you want to be famous without the fame and to be well known without being in the spotlight ... Is that about it? If so, there seems to be an element of conflict within your desires though not insuperable if you are more intent on being 'successful'. Someone like Albert Einstein is famous and was successful by being excellent at what he did. Sir Edmund Hillary is famous though probably did not enjoy much in the way of celebrity status in his lifetime. Again, his fame was achieved by being extremely good at what he did. Being famous for being famous has no merit but being well known and respected because of your actual achievements seems very worthwhile. Have you given much thought to the field in which you wish to achieve excellence? Obviously it will have something you have to really work for otherwise anyone could do it and excellence wouldn't mean very much. Whatever you decide to pursue, I look forward to reading about your contribution humanity in due course. Go for it!

The only way she got to be well known is because she's the heiress to the hilton fortune so everyone went crazy over her because everyone is money obsessed, so she got a tv show, and made her own record which isn't even her real voice, and gets paid for it because she "supposedly" sings it. She's already filthy rich, yet she keeps coming up with more ways to get more money so she can pay for more things to get her even more money. I strongly dislike her to tell ya the truth.

She or her advisers are masters of self promotion. She set out to become a famous person and had a plan from the beginning to do this. She also had the resources available to her to do this i.e. her parents money. It was not an accident she became famous.

She fell onto a bed and some dude twice her age made a sex video. That'll make anyone famous. Just ask Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson. There's a good example of two wastes of space that became famous over nothing.

Sassy Syas...It helps having a mom and dad that own a chain of expensive hotels as well as enough money to but there daugther contracts and a modeling career, it is sad how people with real talent cant get where they should be because they cant afford to pay for there contracts
