well if you stick your face in the sun and get tanner the pimples tend to dissapear too- the sun sort of has a dry-them out effect and works like a charm ! but of course there are people who would argue against that bc of the whole cancer scare. BUt you know if nothing else works - this will, I promise =)

ok so the skin...well I recommend using a facial wash but something that isn't to harsh on your skin, definitely nothingn with alcohol in it as it dries out the skin unless of course you have oily skin. wash your face 2 a day once in the morning and once at nice....use warm water before you use any skin treatment as this opens the pores and then coldwater after you are done as this closes the pores....DO NOT pop your pimples...not only can that leave a bruise but it can reinfect the pimple.
stay out of the sun if you want fair skin and if you have to go into the sun use sunscreen.
hair is very tricky that is normally a genetic thing unless of course your hair has only recently become thin...you should go to a salon and get some decent shampoo....they say that you should only use a quarters size of shampoo/conditioner when you are washing your hair. If you dye your hair often...let your hair rejuvenate itself for a while....dont wash your hair everyday as this strips the hair of it's natural oils.
good luck

I am fair skinned also and happen to have thick hair. But its genetics. We always want want we dont have. Growing up ,I always wanted tan skin and straight hair ...and some of my friends wanted my hair and skin !( I cant tan...I freckle and by the time i get the tan I desired, my freckles would be black and I would be seriously risking skin cancer...instead I accept my skin as it is and am preserving it well at 38!) We need to learn to love ourselves with what we are given and enhance , not change the things that we think need improvements. It took me a long time to do that but I am here now , loving me for me !
Ps. The acne thing could be a phase--but if over the counter products dont work , talk to your doctor.

I have nice thick hair naturally.
I don't get pimples either because I drink plenty of water, I never use foundation (which blocks pores and causes spots) and I never use harsh soap on my face... Once a week I use a mild facial wash.
My great grandmother did this too and at the age of 94 still has beautiful skin!

A natural way to get rid of pimples is to wash the area around the pimple, then put some honey on the pimple, and after ten minutes, wash the honey off. Honey naturally removes bacteria, so it will shrink the pimple and change it from red to light pink.

OK first use clearsil but i mostly recommend proactiv and sweat usally causes pimples so be sure to wipe your sweat all the time.
For your hair use head and shoulders mixed with garnier fructis. Garnier for the sleek and shine and head and shoulders for the dandruff. Wash your twice a day "throughly". After a week or two.
A clear face and nice thick hair.

You cannot "make" your hair naturally thick if you weren't born with it. Try some conditioners, volumizing/styling products.
Wear your hair in a style that doesn't emphasize its thinness: no long stringy styles. No longer than shoulder-length.
As for the pimples: keep your face really clean with products that help fight acne/oil. Use the correct toner after cleansing. Don't use products that are creamy. And remember it's a myth that chocolate causes acne!!

Get a little sun for your face and this will dry it out. Dont use a lot of cleaners on your face it's sometimes to harsh and will make your skin worse instead of better. Wash your face with ice cold water, keep splashing it until it feels frozen thats what works for me.
For your hair, head and sholders shampoo makes your hair real thick feeling and full, try that and see if it helps.
