Best garter belt and stockings in the world are at www.stockingstore.com.
I get a lot of heels at Fredrick's and Vitoria's Secret, they both have some classy heels in a lot of styles, but they suck for nylons. Their garter belts are pretty, but don't hold stockings up as good as those at stockingstore. .

Do you have a Victorias Secret or Fredricks of Hollywood near you? They always have hot stuff. If not just try a local "romance" aka sex toy store. Heels ... DSW or Bakers!

Try Victoria's Secrets or Frederick's of Hollywood. I got a lot of stilletto type heels from my local lingerie and gift store. You may need to ask for a catalog and they will usually order them for you.

Depends. I like Victoria's for sexy, romantic things & Fredericks for slutty stuff. Both stores have a website.

If you don't have a VS or Frederick's around, they both have websites. You have to remember though, if you purchase these items on-line and they don't fit, they can't be returned/exchanged.
