Her husband hates her parents. But She loves them naturally.. She kept a picture of her parents in her office, since he does not like it at home. Once he saw the picture and without any argument he quitely broke the frame during the office hours, She is upset with his behaviour and also embarassed in front of other staff members. What will u do in such situation.

She has to tell him to piss off! She's allowed to love her parents and to hang pics of them wherever she pleases, and if he doesn't like it, to go pound salt or find a new wife to control.

It sounds like he is controlling and dangerous, She needs to get out of that situation before it gets violent if it has not already.
Things will not get better with a man like that, they only get worse. Most men that do not like the in-laws just stay away from them or grin and bear it, they do not stop contact or not allow her to have pictures. This is terribly wrong, Tell her to get out and help her any way you can.

He's sick and totally jealous of them. He needs help and she needs to get away from him, thats not a healthy relationship at all. He'll smother her.
