Since it is your neighbor I would stay out of it, could you imagine living next door to someone for 50 years that is pissed at you. Not me.

Leave a note to who it may concern, depict the people involved and the such said actions also and leave your name out of it. The other person will find or catch the other and they will be better off. Good luck.

Hypothetical question.....hmmmmmmmmm

I would say to say nothing at all...stay out of nieghbor's business unless you see someone breaking the law, then call authorities....besides, its only a matter of time until cheaters get busted anyway....you don't have to do a thing.

Yes. But if you don't want to get involved personally make a copy of the tape and mail it with a letter to the other partner at work.

They'd better be having the sex on your property, or you may be the one in trouble. I'd suggest moving the camera or stopping the voyeurism, and keeping your mouth shut.

First of all, why would you want to see your neighors? You're a stalker to me. If you want to protect your property then put it on your property ONLY! This case is like a movie I saw on Lifetime!

Im afraid this constitutes invasion of privacy - even if unintentional.

Since you cannot know the full story of events supporting what you saw.......... I dont think you can assume the responsibility of telling anyone. UNLESS..... you feel someones life may be in danger.

Sassy Syas, NO! That so is not your place to pol;ice your neighbors! That is just wrog, it will unravel itself! And by the way how is it that you are watching your neighbors house anyways? If it is ment to cover just your house. That is just weird! Unless your neighbor is just screwing outside you shouldnt be lookin in there house in the first place

Keep it to yourself. It is none of your buisness, and you need to move that camera. It is really rude that you are watching them.

One more thing, why would you deside to do that? "Well, when I was reviewing the video that I made of your house while you didn't know ...." What the heck?

Nope. To close to home quite literally. Unless you are that 'close' to them to discuss such a personal matter. What you can probably do is let the person know to be more discrete.
