the bike was used for a month , when it was gonna be rode there was no clutch,when you take the hyd. line off of the clutch housing and hold your finger over it the master cyl. pressures up the slave cyl. is free. what could be the prom.?

The last part of your question isn't very clear (hard to understand).
Hydraulic clutch systems are a pain in the butt to bleed.
After you bleed the system, remove the slave cyl and push the piston back in. Pumping the clutch lever, will that push out the piston?
Check for leaking piston seal.
Try bleeding the master cyl first. Cover all painted parts of the bike. Remove the brake line from the master cyl. Put your finger over the M/C outlet and bleed until no air comes out. If you don't get any pressure, the M/C is bad. Compress the brake lever a tiny bit so air doesn't go back into the M/C and re-attach the brake hose. Bleed the system again.
If piston moves out of the slave cyl with good pressure, then I'd take a look at the clutch and push rod.
