I would rather have a cell phone, of course. First, it is worth more than a really cute outfit and I can decorate it anyhow I like. An outfit won't last long; I can't use it for very long. However, I can use a cellphone for at least 3 years. I'd glue Swarovski rhinestones on it and even buy one of those cute Japanese figurine cell phone straps beaded with Swarovski crystals!
Then, of course, a cell phone is more practical. An outfit, no matter how cute and pretty, can't call 911 for you...

Sassy Says, well let me think I already have a cell phone and I think I would have to say a new outfit, I dont know I try not concern myself with that small cr*p, also you have to pay the cell phone bill every month and if I get an outfit I only pay once!

An outfit sounds better, cell phones, na only brings too many problems if it's not the private calls it's the bills.

a cell phone because I hate shopping, and I would rather wear t-shirts and jeans than some of the outfits that females wear out there now.
