Sure, either use one of your own shades, get the item Goblin Magnifier, Get a sentry tower if youre playing human, and there were two more ways but I forgot

Beats me I quit playing that game a long time ago and started playing everquest

Sentry towers are the only way I know of.

I think goblin zeppelins do, not sure what the elf and human equivalents are.
